Cancellation Policy:
100% refund 24 Hours before the tour. 50% refund 12 Hours before the tour. No refund the day of the tour or cancellation 8 hours before. If the agency cancels the tour 100% refund will be made. In the case of a cancellation because of a medical problem will be required a note from a doctor in order to receive full refund or rescheduling your tour.
